SURFboard Central introduces a range of new features, an improved user interface, and enhanced experiences for our valued customers. We are thrilled to offer this updated version and have made the transition process as seamless as possible.

If you are using the SBG8300, SBG10, SBG7580-AC, SBG6950AC2, SBG7400AC2, or SBG7600AC2:
New customers can easily get started by downloading the SURFboard Central App for onboarding and device management.
If you have already completed the onboarding process, no need to worry - you will receive a prompt to smoothly transfer all your information to the new App.
Existing customers will also be prompted to launch SURFboard Central, which will seamlessly transfer your existing configurations and settings.

For users of our legacy devices such as SBR-AC3200P, SBR-AC1900P, SBR-AC1200P, and SBX-AC1200P:
Stay tuned - we have plans to update our Mobile Application to support these devices as well.
For now, please continue using the ARRIS SURFboard® Manager App for managing and configuring your devices.
